Sunday meditation session was held at Flowering Dharma Centre, Leh. Ani la introduced to the audience “The nine fold path” or the nine mental stages towards enlightenment. This was followed by screening of the wonderful movie called “The economics of Happiness”, for which we extend our gratitude to Mr. Henry. Group discussions also took place after the screening in which everyone actively participated and so, FD centre once again had a successful Sunday.
