The CEC attended the paper reading and poetry session organised by Ladakh Academy of Art, Culture and Language (LAACL) Kargil and conference on Social Emotional and Ethical Learning by Flowering Dharma in collaboration with GMDC Zanskar as part of Ladakh Zanskar Festival under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. CEC appreciated the members of Flowering Dharma for spreading the message of peace, social and ethical learning among the youth through such programmes and invited them to conduct such programmes at Kargil in near future.
