A one day online webinar on “Atisa’s Role In Bridging Himalayan Buddhist Tradition, Tibetan And Indian Wisdom Tradition” was conducted by Flowering Dharma on Zoom and broadcasted on Facebook page of Flowering Dharma on 1st August 2020 with Geshe Lhakdor, Director, Library of Tibetan Works and Archives, Dharamshala.
Later 12 participants from across India and beyond including Ladakh, Delhi, Darjeeling and Sri Lanka joined for the Q&A session.
The webinar was also the Closing Ceremony of the “30 Questions on Philosophy Online Certificate Course” conducted by Flowering Dharma in the month of May-June, 2020. Specially focusing on the students and youths who found themselves isolated and stressed in the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic. More than 500 participants from different parts of the world enrolled for the certificate course and 105 students qualified for the certification.
On the Facebook Page of Flowering Dharma the webinar garnered huge response and reached more than 27,000 people and has more than 9000 views. The entire talk is available on the Facebook page of Flowering Dharma and open for viewing.
