1st Civil Society Convention in the gracious presence of Hon’ble Lt Governor of UT Ladakh, Shri RK Mathur and other Government officials was organised under the leadership of Shri R. Samphel, Commissioner Secretary, UT Ladakh in Leh on 14th Dec 2019.
