I would like to express my sincere gratitude to HH the Dalai Lama for his selfless contributions towards not just us Indians but entire humanity. We are deeply saddened to see the recent debacle due to the misinterpretation and false narrative spread by the media over his innocent gestures of expressing love and affection towards a child.
The wisdom and compassion of His Holiness is such that no negative action can ever hurt and damage his motivation. He is the source of inspiration and a leader to the world. His words have benefited millions. It would not be wrong to state that it is not His Holiness that needs this world, rather, the world that requires His Holiness.
Being an Indian, we are proud of our country which has a rich diverse cultural heritage rooted in the ancient wisdom traditions that inspires and promotes the message of love, compassion, tolerance, non violence and peace to the entire world, but today we feel extremely disheartened to see the vicious and hateful attitude of some people, based on sheer ignorance, towards HH Dalai Lama, who truly is the embodiment of peace, kindness, non violence and conflict resolution.
I on behalf of the members of “Flowering Dharma” & “International Institute for Culture & Ethics” as a proud citizen of India and a citizen of the world, today seek your pardon for not being able to actualize your positive messages widely. This is the clear indication that we need your guidance now more than ever, and request you to continue spreading the love and compassion and in that mission we also stand firm and committed with His Holiness. We also assure you that your contribution of 80 years will not go in vain.
We sincerely thank His Holiness for always illuminating our minds and purifying our thoughts through your unconditional acts of love, motivated by wisdom and compassion.
