Flowering Dharma members received Shri Jambey Wangdi Sir, Chairman, Department of Karmik and Adhyatmik Affairs, Government of Arunachal, Er. Thupten Kalden la, Officer, Government of Arunchal Pradesh and Sh Konchok la, MIPA, at Kushok Bakula Airport Leh yesterday on 24.07.2022. This is his second visit to Leh and this time he have come specially to attend the teaching of His Holiness Dalai Lama. Dalai Lama will be teaching in Leh on 28, 29 and 30th and this is his first visit after the covid pandemic.
Sh. Jambey Sir has been a well-wisher of Flowering Dharma for many years and with his support the organisation was able to initiate its activities in Arunachal Pradesh in 2016 with the “Arunachal Mindfulness” programs. He was welcomed by Ven. Geshe Jamyang Tashi, Director, Thiksey Skyedtsel Ling at Thiksey. Today on 25th July 2022, Jambey sir attended the session of His Holiness Dalai Lama on Secular Ethics at Thiksey Skyedtsel Ling Library along with his team members.
Jambey and Kalden also interacted with 150 members of flowering dharma at the venue today and also donated Rs 25000 for the refreshments for young participants today. With his guidance and help, the SEE Learning programme is also being introduced in the state. Member of the organization, Mr Faizal Khan Ashoor, Singer also performed and sung “Namza Marpo” in praise of His Holiness before Jambey Sir during the refreshment time.
